The Ashen Throne
Visual Development
An original visual development project conceived as a pitch bible for an animated series. The work encompasses world-building, character design, and sequential narrative illustration — presented here as a series of panoramic compositions that establish mood, scale, and cinematic storytelling.
Story Synopsis
A sweeping visual narrative set in a world where ancient mythology collides with forgotten science. The story follows a lone wanderer navigating the ruins of a once-great civilization, uncovering secrets that blur the line between human ambition and divine retribution.
故事梗概:一段宏大的视觉叙事,设定在古老神话与被遗忘的科学交汇的世界。故事跟随一位孤独的旅者穿越曾经伟大文明的废墟,揭开模糊了人类野心与神罚之间界限的秘密。
Moodboard & Approach
Inspired by the cinematic language of Hayao Miyazaki and the atmospheric density of Zdzisław Beksiński. Each panoramic frame is designed to function both as standalone key art and as part of a sequential flow — mirroring the pitch-deck format used in professional animation studios.

Procreate)
Format: Horizontal panoramic sequences
Target: Animation series pitch / Visual
